We host retreats and workshops for individuals and businesses. Our curriculums are not crash courses - rather - methodical opportunities to help expand perspective as you chart your course to your goals, dreams, and aspirations. The underlying philosophy of the experience is balance. We embody the essence of mind-body-spirit in every aspect of our shared experiences. We create each experience respecting that our participants have limited "down time" and every individual learns and integrates information and emotions in different ways.
To this end, each retreat agenda includes times in group activity, one-on-ones with the retreat guide, and quiet time for self exploration. You also have time to explore local treasures, join in morning yoga and meditation, take a hike and connect with nature, or catch some sun by the pool.
